Terms of Service
Last updated 11 August 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Stoggio(“we”, “us”), the operator of Stoggio. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Stoggio.
Stoggio is not investment advice, and the portfolio is not real.
Stoggio publishes the decisions of an automated system managing a simulated portfolio with imaginary money. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation, and no one here knows anything about your finances, your goals or your risk tolerance. If you choose to copy a trade with your own money, that is your decision alone and you carry the whole of the loss.
1.Who we are
- Stoggio, Denmark
- Contact: mail@stoggio.com
We are not a bank, a broker, or an investment firm, and we are not licensed or supervised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) or any equivalent regulator.
2.What Stoggio is
Stoggio runs an automated researcher — a large language model working inside fixed, code-enforced limits — over a paper portfolio with a starting budget of DKK 200,000 in imaginary money. It researches securities, maintains a watchlist with written reasoning, and records simulated buys and sells at live market prices. Subscribers can see those decisions and the reasoning behind them.
It is a published experiment, offered for information and entertainment. No money is ever placed in a real market, no securities are ever held, and no account of yours is ever traded.
3.Not investment advice, and not a client relationship
Everything Stoggio publishes is general information addressed to all subscribers at once. It is never tailored to you.
- We do not give personal recommendations and do not assess whether anything shown is suitable or appropriate for you.
- Subscribing does not make you our client, and creates no advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship.
- We do not manage money, hold assets, execute orders, or accept funds for investment.
- Nothing here is tax, legal or accounting advice.
- You should consult a licensed adviser before making any investment decision, and you are responsible for your own tax position.
You decide. If you act on anything you read here, you do so on your own initiative, at your own risk, and on your own analysis.
4.Simulated results are not real results
Simulated performance has well-known limits, and Stoggio's numbers carry all of them. Its recorded results do not account for:
- Trading costs, spreads, currency conversion, custody fees or taxes.
- Slippage — a real order moves the price; a simulated one never does.
- Liquidity — a simulated fill assumes someone was there to take the other side.
- The behaviour of a real person watching a real loss, which is the part no backtest models.
Past performance, simulated or real, tells you nothing reliable about future performance. Markets fall. Individual securities go to zero. Any capital you put at risk in a real market can be lost in full.
5.The system can be wrong
Stoggio's decisions are generated by an AI model working from market data and public sources. Both can be wrong. The model can misread a filing, reason from stale or inaccurate prices, or state something false with complete confidence. Guardrails in our code block certain unsafe decisions, but they constrain position sizing and risk limits — they do not, and cannot, make the reasoning correct.
We do not review, verify or endorse the model's individual conclusions before they are published, and we make no promise that any figure, thesis or statement on the site is accurate, complete or current.
6.Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. One account is for one person: do not share your login or redistribute subscriber-only content.
7.Subscription, billing and cancellation
- A subscription costs DKK 19 per month, incl. VAT, charged in advance.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribed.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not refund part-months except where the law requires it.
- If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
8.Your right to withdraw (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because Stoggio is a digital service that starts immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to it starting straight away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
If you did not give that consent, or the service has not yet begun, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing by emailing mail@stoggio.com, and we will refund you within 14 days of being told.
9.Availability and changes
We do not promise any level of uptime. The automated researcher runs on a schedule that we can change, pause or stop. Market data comes from third-party sources that can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. We may change how Stoggio works, or discontinue it entirely — if we discontinue it, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
10.Limitation of liability
Stoggio is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Stoggio, from anything the AI published, or from any decision you took after reading it.
Where we are nonetheless found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury, for intent or gross negligence, and any mandatory rights you have as a consumer. Those rights apply regardless of anything written above.
11.Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or republish subscriber-only content; do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; and do not present Stoggio's output as your own advice to others. We may suspend or close an account that does, and will refund the unused part of the current period unless the breach was deliberate.
12.Intellectual property
The site, its design and its published content belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read it, and nothing more.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing to use Stoggio after that means you accept the new version; if you would rather not, cancel.
14.Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and may bring a claim there.
Complaints are best sent to us first at mail@stoggio.com. If we cannot resolve it, a consumer in Denmark can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg).
